Day 1 – Misfat Al Abriyeen & Jabal Shams
Hotel pickup from Muscat city limits and drive to Misfat Al Abriyeen to explore its ancient village, ruins and dramatic cliffside scenery.
Continue to Jabal Shams, enjoy lunch and embark on the Bin Khamis hike — approximately 4 hours / 9 km through rugged mountain landscapes.
Return for sunset and settle into the mountain camp. Enjoy a bonfire and live BBQ with chicken and meat skewers, salads, bread, water, soft drinks and Arabic coffee, followed by stargazing under the mountain sky.
Day 2 – Nizwa & Jabal Akhdar
Wake up to the Jabal Shams sunrise and crisp mountain air, followed by breakfast and departure to Nizwa.
Explore Nizwa Souq, Nizwa Fort and the old village, followed by lunch and a drive to Jabal Akhdar.
Discover its mountain villages, terraced gardens and scenic walking trails, with seasonal fruit experiences when available. Visit Diana’s Point before descending and driving back to Muscat.
Tour concludes at your hotel in Muscat.
